Research Fora provides official invitation letters to participants whose submissions and registrations are confirmed. These letters are often required for visa applications and serve as proof of your involvement in the event.
Process to Request
1. Complete the registration process, including payment confirmation.
2. Email the following details to events@researchfora.net:
Proof of payment
Completed registration form
Passport-size photograph
A scanned copy of your passport

Invitation letters are issued only after payment is received and confirmed.
The letter will be sent via email in English only.
Research Fora cannot intervene in visa application processes or guarantee approval.
