Dr. Sanjana Poladi is a board-certified medical doctor specializing in respiratory and internal medicine with over six years of diverse clinical experience across India, the United Kingdom, and the United States. She currently serves as a General Consulting Physician with North Dallas Physicians in Texas, where she provides primary and preventive care to underserved populations through volunteer clinical service.
Dr. Poladi earned her Master of Science in Respiratory Medicine from the University of Chester, UK, following her M.B.B.S. degree from Mallareddy Medical College for Women under Dr. NTR University, India. She trained and practiced as a Respiratory Physician at the Countess of Chester Hospital, managing complex pulmonary conditions and contributing to multidisciplinary care.
Her research interests focus on pulmonary hypertension, asthma, and COVID-19 awareness, with multiple peer-reviewed publications in international medical journals. She is a member of the British Medical Association, the Indian Medical Council, and the Telangana State Medical Council, and is currently progressing through the USMLE pathway to expand her medical practice in the U.S. Dr. Poladi is deeply committed to evidence-based medicine, medical education, and global health equity, combining her international experience to promote accessible and compassionate healthcare worldwide.

Dr. Mona Bakry Abdelmeguid Abdelaal is an accomplished academic and researcher specializing in social work, family welfare, and e-learning in higher education. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) in Abu Dhabi, where she teaches and supervises undergraduate students in the Social Work Program.
Dr. Abdelaal earned her Ph.D. in Social Work from The Ohio State University (USA), where her doctoral research—“Measuring Arab Immigrant Women’s Definition of Marital Violence”—pioneered the development of a culturally sensitive assessment instrument for social work practice. She also holds an MSW from Cairo University and a B.A.S.W. from The Higher Institute of Social Work, both with distinction.
Her academic career spans over two decades, including faculty appointments at Sultan Qaboos University (Oman), Umm Al-Qura University (Saudi Arabia), Assiut University (Egypt), and Morehead State University (USA). Her research contributions cover a wide range of social issues such as child welfare, women’s empowerment, electronic learning, and social policy, with multiple publications and presentations at international conferences.
Dr. Abdelaal has also led community development initiatives, professional training workshops, and research collaborations across the Middle East, focusing on child protection, social advocacy, and family counseling. A recipient of several awards—including the Outstanding Teacher Award (Assiut University, 2009) and the Arthur Meier Schlesinger Award (Ohio State University, 2006)—she is recognized for her dedication to education, applied social research, and empowering vulnerable populations through evidence-based practice.

Dr. Long Sergey Vladimirovich is an esteemed Chief Physician and expert in vertebrology, manual therapy, and preventive medicine, with over 21 years of experience in the medical field. He is renowned for developing a unique author's method, synthesizing the best techniques known in his areas of expertise. Dr. Long is recognized with international acclaim, including the Grace Award for excellence in manual therapy, and being named Person of the Year by the Royal Birds Awards. He has also interned at prestigious institutions such as Charité Hospital (Germany, 2003) and in Los Angeles and New York for chiropractic studies (2015). Dr. Geeta Sable is an Assistant Professor at G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Pune. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai. With over 15 years of teaching experience and a background in software engineering, Dr. Sable has contributed significantly to the field of computer science, particularly in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and IoT. She has actively participated as a keynote speaker, guest lecturer, and reviewer at numerous national and international conferences. Dr. Sable's research interests include improving dyslexia readability using machine learning, speech synthesis, and advanced machine learning techniques. She has received various national and international recognitions, including the Distinguished Alumni Award from Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering and participation in the Smart India Hackathon.

Srishti Jha is an experienced leader with a background in mechanical engineering and a strong focus on automotive, electric vehicles, and clean tech sectors.
