Paper Submission & Publication

5. How do I submit my research paper?
Submit your paper via the Research Fora Online Submission Portal. Ensure it adheres to the submission guidelines provided on our conference website. Accepted formats are .doc or .docx.
Manuscripts must be original, not exceed 15 pages, and adhere to our formatting template. Detailed guidelines can be found on the Author Guidelines page.
Yes, selected papers are published in Scopus or Web of Science-indexed journals, depending on the conference and subject area. Additional publication costs may apply for some indexed journals.
The review process typically takes 15–30 days, depending on the volume of submissions and the complexity of the paper.
We have a strict Anti-Plagiarism Policy. Submissions are checked for originality using advanced plagiarism detection tools. Any detected plagiarism will result in rejection or revisions.

Registration & Payment

10. How do I register for a conference?
Visit the Upcoming Events page, select the conference of interest, and complete the registration form. Payment details will be provided during the process.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit cards, and online payment gateways. Detailed instructions are provided on the registration page.
Refunds depend on our cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event are eligible for a full refund, minus an administrative fee. Check our Terms & Conditions page for more details.
Yes, fully paid registrations can be transferred to another person from the same organization. Contact us at events@researchfora.net with the replacement details.

Visa & Travel

14. Does Research Fora provide visa support?
We provide a Letter of Invitation upon request to help with visa applications. However, we cannot directly contact embassies or guarantee visa approval.
If your visa is denied, you can use your registration fee as credit for another Research Fora event within a year. Refunds are not provided in such cases.
