Applicants interested in serving as conference speakers are expected to meet the following professional criteria:
Faculty members, senior researchers, scientists, or industry professionals actively involved in research or innovation
Hold a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, M.Sc., MBA, MA, or equivalent
Doctoral qualification (PhD) or substantial research experience is highly desirable
Have published research papers, conference presentations, or professional project contributions
Demonstrate expertise within a specialized academic or professional discipline
Ability to present research findings, case studies, or analytical insights
Candidates with interdisciplinary research experience or academic leadership roles may receive additional consideration.
Selected speakers will:
Deliver a 10–15 minute presentation during their scheduled conference session
Present research outcomes, innovative approaches, or professional case studies
Participate in interactive academic discussions and Q&A sessions
Contribute to knowledge sharing among international participants
Once selected, speakers are expected to:
Submit a short abstract or presentation overview for academic review
Provide presentation slides and a brief professional biography
Ensure all submitted material is original and academically appropriate
Follow the conference schedule and session instructions provided by the organizing committee
Participate in a technical briefing session if the presentation is conducted online
Recognition as an official conference speaker
Speaker Certificate issued by Research Fora
