A1. All papers must be original and should not have been published before or after the conference.
A2. All authors and co-authors must inform their respective Department Head/Principal/Guide about the paper submission to Research Fora Conferences.
A3. Authors and co-authors should include the correct affiliation inside the paper.
A4. Papers submitted after the registration deadline may not be accepted by the Organizing Committee.
A5. Research Fora accepts papers for conferences only after they have been reviewed by three reviewers.
A6. Research Fora does not publish the emails of authors or co-authors online.
A7. No modifications, additions, or deletions of authors' names will be made after paper registration without explicit consent from all authors.
A8. Research Fora will not publish unregistered papers.
A9. The person submitting the paper is considered the original author.
A10. If a complaint about the originality of a paper is found to be true, the paper will be suspended from publication immediately.
A11. Research Fora will not republish or distribute any suspended paper.
A12. Research Fora is not responsible for visa-related matters. Obtaining a visa is the participant’s responsibility.
A13. In case of visa cancellation, conference registration may be refunded before the last registration date.
A14. Research Fora does not guarantee the issuance of a visa to participants.
B1. All participants must register and pay the specified amount on the official conference website or via written confirmation from the Organizing Secretary.
B2. Participants must regularly check the official conference page for the latest event details.
B3. The organizing committee reserves the right to change the venue and date. Registered participants will be informed via mail and phone.
B4. Participants must avoid any violence inside or outside the conference venue.
B5. Participants must bring their original ID card to attend the conference.
B6. If there is a shortage of conference kits, they will be sent via post after the conference.
B7. Participants arriving after the reporting time will not be allowed to present or participate in the conference.
B8. Activists are not permitted to register or attend the conference.
B9. Research Fora has the right to publish conference images on any platform.
B10. If the conference is canceled or rescheduled, the registration fee will be refunded, but travel and accommodation costs are the participant’s responsibility.
C1. Research Fora reserves the right to select papers from the conference for publication in affiliated international journals.
C2. If a paper is requested to be published in a non-Research Fora journal indexed in Scopus or SCI, the author will bear the publication costs.
C3. Payments made for conference attendance are non-refundable if the paper is not selected for publication in a Scopus or SCI indexed journal or if the author decides against publication.
C4. Papers accepted for publication in Research Fora journals may require a 20% extension.
C5. The second round of reviews for Research Fora journals takes 25 to 60 days after the conference.
C6. All Research Fora affiliated journals are approved by ISSN.
C7. Authors must pay for hard copies of journals if requested.
C8. The editorial board reserves the right to reject papers even after the second review. No registration fee will be refunded if the paper is rejected.
D1. All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism. Papers with high similarity will be returned for modification.
D2. If plagiarism is detected before publication, authors will be given a chance to resubmit after modifications. If deemed severe, the paper will be rejected.
D3. If plagiarism is detected post-publication, the paper will be removed for verification. Authors may be given a chance to modify and resubmit the paper.
D4. If plagiarism is found to be severe or if fake identity is detected, the paper will be permanently removed, and the author will be blacklisted from Research Fora and other conference organizers.
D5. Self-plagiarism is treated the same as other forms of plagiarism, and the same procedures apply.
E1. Research Fora is registered under the "Peoples Empowerment Trust" under Section-25, Companies Act, 1956.
E2. Research Fora is an independent nonprofit body not affiliated with any university.
E3. Editorial board members are not employees of Research Fora.
E4. Research Fora reserves the right to cancel registrations or withdraw papers if rules are violated.
E5. Research Fora has the right to modify, publish, or withdraw any paper from conference proceedings or journals at any time.
If the organizer cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a full credit for the registration fee paid. This credit can be used for another event within one year from the cancellation date.
In the event of a postponement, if you are unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled dates, you will receive a full credit for the registration fee paid. This credit can be applied to any upcoming event within one year from the postponement date.
If a registrant is unable to attend and cannot transfer their participation, the following refund guidelines apply. These policies help cover venue, printing, shipping, hotel, and other associated costs:
F3.1. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the conference will receive a full refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
F3.2. Cancellations made within 30-60 days of the conference are eligible for a 50% refund.
F3.3. Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference are not eligible for a refund.
F3.4. Virtual participation registrations are non-refundable.
F4.1. These refund policies apply only if the registrant has not received the official invitation letter. If the invitation letter has been issued but the attendee cannot participate, no refund will be provided.
F4.2. In case of non-attendance for personal reasons, the registration fee is non-refundable. However, the fee will be credited for participation in any of our international conferences within one year from the registration date.
F4.3. If a registrant is unable to attend due to visa denial, travel restrictions, or natural disasters, the registration fee will not be refunded. Nevertheless, the fee will be credited for participation in any of our international conferences within one year from the registration date.
F4.4. As the conference is hybrid, the organizer reserves the right to conduct the event in either physical or virtual format. Refunds will not be issued if the conference format is changed.
F4.5. For those who register close to the conference date or after the standard registration deadline, registration will be considered for virtual participation only, as the conference will be held in hybrid mode. However, you will be eligible to attend another international conference based on your registration category.
F5.1. The responsibility for arranging travel, including flights, transportation, and accommodation, lies solely with the individual participant.
F5.2. In case of changes to the conference format, cancellation, or venue adjustments, the organizers cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by participants for travel or accommodation.
Fully paid registrations can be transferred to another person within the same organization if the registered participant is unable to attend. Transfer requests must be made in writing to events@researchfora.net, providing the full name, title, contact phone number, and email address of the new participant. Registration details will be reassigned to the new person unless otherwise specified. Transfers can be made between conferences of the same organizer, provided the request is made at least 14 days before the respective conference. Transferred registrations are not eligible for a refund.
The organizer will not communicate directly with embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees are responsible for managing their own visa and travel arrangements. Failed visa applications will not be considered under the cancellation policy.
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to events@researchfora.net.
